To request a return authorization, the costumers must send a request to sell@ecommerce-olip.com within 10 days of receiving the order. For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer, paypal or postpay chosen by the customer within 10 working days of receipt of the package. There must be communicated to him for a refund.
