If for some reason the customer is not satisfied of its
order, he can exercise the recess right (reimbursement, substitution of the
article) within 14 work days from the date of reception of the package.
Istruction for return

To request a return authorization, the costumers must send a request to
sell@ecommerce-olip.com within 10 days of receiving the order. In the e-mail must be
specified the order number, item numbers that are returning and the desired
compensation: change size, change article, coupon credit or refund. Once you
have received the return request, OLIP ITALIA spa send the customer a confirmation email.

INSTRUCTIONS AND RELATED INVOICE OF RETURN TO BE INCLUDED IN PACK.

For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer, paypal
or postpay chosen by the customer within 10 working days of receipt of the
package. There must be communicated to him for a refund.
For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to
the original account, with a schedule within 10 working days of receipt of the
package always.
The time required for the amount of visible card statement associated with your
PayPal account depends on the institution that issued your card.
For orders paid in cash refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account
or post office or through paypal or Postepay.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
