What is the distance contract
Online purchase contract is defined as the distance contract, namely the legal transaction, for the acquisition of products, agreed between OLIP ITALIA spa, with registered offices in V. CONFINE 13 - 37017 - LAZISE (VR), and a consumer, made ?? remotely via network, on this website.

Sales prices
All prices listed in the catalog on-line OLIP ITALIA spa are VAT included.
Payment, of the products' price and related shipping costs -which are charged to the consumer-, may be made only by the methods described in "Payments". Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice

Ordered articles ordered will have to be paid in advance via one of the payment methods listed in the specific "Payments" page of this site.
Please remember to make the payment within 7 working days.

Emission of the document that witnesses the purchase
If indicated in registration phase, OLIP ITALIA spa undertakes to issue an electronic invoice confirming purchase by the Consumer that shall be downloaded in "My Account". The Customer can download it in the section "My Orders".

Warranties on products
In the event that the product has manufacturing defects (such as spots, buttons or zippers faults, badly made seams, ...) OLIP ITALIA spa is obliged to apply the same conditions previewed from the norm of the recess right. Do not enter in this category all those products that have speciale details - such fraying, tears, uneven washing, etc - that are part of the product and make its pecualirity. In case the product arrives to the Customer in a state of damaging provoked from the shipment, OLIP ITALIA spa does not assume responsibility in merit, as packings carried out from OLIP ITALIA spa are packed according to the dispositions previewed by express couriers.

Product availability
OLIP ITALIA spa reserves the right to accept or decline any order placed and in any case subject to availability of the goods. The articles being sold could be temporarily unavailable, in which case the Customer will be notified via e-mail within a maximum of seven days from receipt of purchase order. In the event that the item ordered is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the request and credit back any amount already paid.

Shipping and Returns
The items ordered will be sent via the shipping method chosen in "Select a shipping method."
The goods travel at risk of the buyer, therefore we notify clients that any claim for damage to the goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, and signing the receipt and specifying the type of damage.
The customer is protected by Italian law on the right of withdrawal (DL 206/2005).
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his order, he may exercise the right of withdrawal (refund, replacement of the item) within 14 working days from the date of the package reception.
The customer must ensure that he had fulfilled all the following conditions of withdrawal:

Inside the package must be present sales receipt and / or invoice
Once all the conditions required are fullfilled, OLIP ITALIA spa will refund the full price of the article(s) within 30 days.
We will not accept returns without prior notice by mail to: sell@ecommerce-olip.com and our subsequent permission to return

The customer is protected by Italian law on the Privacy Policy (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Article replacement for shipping error
The procedure to replace products for a shipping error can be requested when a product, different from what the customer has ordered and therefore not present in its order, was erroneously sent by OLIP ITALIA spa
The process can be activated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date of the goods, the activation of the service shall be made by sending an e-mail with the subject "wrong delivery" to our e-mail.

The shipping costs are borne by OLIP ITALIA spa and the shipment must be carried by express courier.
The article must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered, and so with no signs or wrtitings of any kind on the box, without having been opened or used in any way; the returning package must be made ??using a rigid box and a special package that protect it from damage during transport.
The opening of the article will be allowed, as necessary, only in the event that the package does not allow verification of the product ordered. In the event that the item in your purchase invoice is no longer available, you will be contacted by us and we will strive to emit a credit note to be paid on your bank account or post office account or paypal, depending on how your first payment was received.

Conditions of use of discount codes
Any discount code offered by OLIP ITALIA spa has a validity of 180 days from its creation. Any discount code must be used in a single purchase with a value greater than or equal to the code itself.
